What Items Can Be Returned?
Clearance (last chance) items cannot be returned, these sales are final. If an item is on sale, it can be returned and the amount spent during purchase will be the amount refunded to the card. (Example: item is originally $20 but is bought for $14 on sale. $14 will be the amount refunded to the card in case of a return).

What Items Can Be Exchanged?
Clearance (last chance) items cannot be returned, these sales are final. Jewelry can be exchanged, if the price of the items is identical. Woven Grace pays for the first round of shipping. Woven Grace does not cover shipping for exchanges.

What Products Are “final sale” (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable)?
All products under the Last Chance section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

When Can Things Be Returned or Exchanged?
All returns or exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from purchase date.

All items must be returned in original condition. Tags are preferred but not required.

Products can be returned for a refund, a product of equal value, or store credit. Returns automatically will give you a refund, so please clarify if you would like another option.
